Fun weekend and an Etsy shop update

I had a wonderful weekend with the hubby at 'Yorkshire sculpture park' for our wedding anniversary, It was a fab day out, the weather was glorious and I even got to eat in my favourite Mexican restaurant on the way home too....yummy!!!

It's been ages since i've listed anything new in my etsy shop and I have a bit of a pile up of art waiting so keep an eye out tomorrow for these guys, I will be listing them all at some point during the day, I do hope you like them :o)

Back off holiday

Hi guys, so did you miss me? lol ;o)

Well I am back off my holidays and just popping in with a few piccies, we had a wonderful time and the weather was gorgeous, can't quite believe it for the UK.

I won't be blogging quite as much over the next few weeks but I will try and pop in with new artwork piccies once a week.

My Etsy shop is now open again and there are still a few sale items left in there too, if you fancy a bargain ;o)

While we were at the above beach we also popped in to an art gallery which was just up a little side road, it was beautiful, free to enter and housed some fabulous art pieces, here are 3 pieces from artists there that I fell in love with.

This is a page from my journal and the words say: (in case you can't read my scruffy handwriting)

Although I may not feel like it now....I am enough and I will learn to be happy each day, loving the little things and cherishing each moment as it comes.

On that note I am off now for my well deserved Blog and Etsy break, I am looking forward to spending some quality time with my kids and husband. 

I will be back in blogland in a week or 2 and my Etsy shop will open for business again on Monday 25th July :o)

Thank you to those of you who have purchased from my etsy shop sale so far, the sale will be on until Friday morning (UK time) then I will be shutting up shop for a while so I can take a well earned break and enjoy some time with my kids :o)

I have visited many blogs over the past few days and it seems that lots of people are going through some kind of 'funk' at the moment either with their artwork or with themselves.

This little lady is in response to all of them, we all need to love ourselves a little bit more :o)

I am so slow at thanking people, I should have done this ages ago.

I just want to thank Zoe Binner at Sneak Magazine for asking me to write an article for issue 2 of Sneak Magazine on 'Storytelling' I enjoyed writing the article far more than I thought I would ;o)
