Well I’ve had a lovely day painting today and managed to get 3 small paintings done (I prepped and textured the canvas boards yesterday though, I’m not THAT fast ;o)…. lol)
So anyhoo I decided to do a little series of 3 paintings called “My favourite hat”…..the first painting is an 8x10 inch canvas board with a cream background (with a hint of brown) and a bear hat on…..The second painting is an 8 ¼ x 5 ¾ inch canvas board with a white background (with a hint of pink) and a unicorn hat on and finally the third painting is on a 5 x7 inch canvas board with a white background (with a hint of grey) and a bunny hat on……PHEW!!
Well that’s me done for today, all paintings are available in my Etsy shop now ;o)

Yes still painting, just couldn't keep up with the blogging side and found it all too stressful at the moment. I will be doing a Frida painting later - saw the film last week and am now in love with her as the rest of the arty world also seems to be! I have seen the light! I will post it on Flickr when done :o)
I am in love with these paintings here - the texture looks fabulous. Ahh I love the work you do - always makes me happy!
